MY BOOK REPORT
Albert seemed to have it all—a bright mind, young life, and potential future; however, he had one problem—he did not work well with people. Winning Ways by Dick Lyle teaches “4 secrets for getting great results by working well with people”. Many people may be like Albert in that they are great workers but lack the important quality of getting along with other people in the work environment. However, as Albert soon learns, it is more than just getting along with people; it is working well with them as well. Join Albert as he is taught from two different people, Megan and the Coach, how to work well with other people. He learns that the secrets of winning ways does not just involve him—it involves the people around him as well. He finds out how impacting and effecting the lives around him help him down the path of working well with other people. Working well with other people may not sound crucial, as an easier fix may seem to just work alone; however, as Albert learns, working well with people prepares him for a bigger cause. Being able to work well with people is an extremely great quality to have as every single person has to practice it at one time or another. Winning Ways is here to teach the reader the qualities in order to make this possible. Written in story-form, Dick Lyle’s book is the key to winning. Join Albert along for the journey and become a winner today!
I enjoyed how this book was written in story form. It was written like a fiction book style, yet it taught lessons along the way. It was fun to read, and I liked how the author taught the four principles in a fun, easy- to-read-and-understand manner. Even my 10 year old sister read it and enjoyed it!
